On the one hand, aging reduces the supersaturation of the matrix and weakens the effect of solid solution strengthening. On the other hand, the pre-aging precipitates will strengthen and increase the strength of the plate; the strengthening effect of natural aging increases monotonously with time, and tends to be stable after a certain period of time.

The yield strength of Haomei 6016 t4 aluminum is between 100-110MPa, the tensile strength reaches 210-220MPa, the elongation after fracture (A80mm) can reach more than 27%, and the uniform elongation is more than 22.5%. After production verification, the product performance is stable.
