New cooperation with Huayun in aluminum sheet for cars

Recently, Haomei welcomes a new client. The famous Huayun Automobile has signed a long-term contract with us for aluminum sheet for cars, with a monthly supply of 50 tons. This is not the first time Haomei has cooperated with a car manufacturer, and it will not be the last.

In recent years, Haomei has continued to innovate in technology, research and development and product processing, relying on decades of experience in aluminum alloy production and processing, and has continuously introduced high value-added car aluminum sheets. In the high-end pure electric coupe produced in cooperation with Yutung, during the prototype design stage, Haomei participated in the optimization of component structure design, material testing, two-dimensional drawings, section improvement, and prototype trial production. According to the different requirements of automobile OEMs, we can provide a series of services from automobile shape design, material structure design, aluminum body production line design, to simulation analysis, and prototype production.

Haomei's aluminum sheets for cars, including 5052, 5754, 5083, 5182 and 6061 aluminum alloys, with a thickness between 1-8mm, are used for automotive exterior parts, trunk covers, engine protective covers, internal components, structural parts, and aluminum parts Parts etc.
